LAS VEGAS, NV, August 15, 2024 — Customers and ABC officials can expect a limited availability for two Blue Shark Vodka products following an incident at the Blue Shark Vodka Las Vegas distillery this week.
On Tuesday, Aug. 13, a small electrical fire sparked in the distillery. Thankfully, an extensive fire suppression system is in place, and no persons were harmed. Damages to the facility were very minimal.
Production will be paused as a remediation team works to ensure the safety and cleanliness of each area and of all Blue Shark Vodka products. Please note that inventories of the NC 66010 and the NC 66011 will be out until Sept. 1. These products were finished and ready to be shipped out and in a separate area of the facility, but due to the thoroughness of our remediation team, they will await shipping until the team deems them safe and sanitary.
